What are you learning about today?

Continuing Professional Development

My continued personal development is very important to me and my clients.  I invest in refreshing my skills and learning new ones constantly.  This enables me to get the very best results.  I have an extensive ‘tool bag’ of skills that I am able to use which gives my clients the results they want and expect when working with me.

I first trained with Powerchange in 2007, this was a year long life coaching and neuro linguistic programming course.  I have continued to attend Powerchange skills days, building on my existing skills and learning new ones.   This has enabled me to become very skilled at what I do.

Over the last 7 years I have helped many clients with issues such as – relationships, assertiveness, anxiety, stress, confidence, time management, motivation, low self esteem, growing a business, managing a team and much more.

The passion I have to ensure each client gets the very best is what motivates me to learn all that I can.

What Clients Say

"I had a great day today and have spent the evening going through my clothes, they just don't fit with me and how I see myself now. Very profound. Thank you"

"A friend recommend I get Lisa involved with my business. I was unsure what direction to go in and what I needed to focus on.  In our first meeting Lisa had established want I wanted to achieve and we had laid out a clear plan on how that was going to happen.   She kept me on track and got me to address things I kept putting off.  Within months I started to see growth in my business and had a much clearer message to communicate to my customers.  I have now made coaching part of my yearly business plan and have regular session with Lisa to make sure the business and I are heading in the right direction"

"I have just thrown out half my wardrobe.  I realised that I was hanging onto my clothes because I was waiting to go back to the size I was,  or more importantly back to the 'old me', I have realised I'm here to stay and love the way I see myself now."
