Asking the right questions can make all the difference.  It does for my clients.

How often would we meet up?

How often we meet would depend on the time you need between sessions.  If we have set specific goals you may need a certain amount of time to complete them.  Some clients like to agree on the next time to meet in each session, others like a set time every two or four weeks.  It is completely up to you – you set the pace.

Where would we meet?

We will meet at a convenient place for you.  That may be my office or a place closer to where you live or work.  Lets decide that when we talk.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, it is a very important part of the process.  You need to have your questions answered and decide if I am the coach for you.

When do I pay my fees?

Fees are payable before our session or in cash on the day.

Could I speak to a client of yours before booking my coaching sessions?

Yes, my clients are always very keen to speak to prospective clients and answer their questions.  Let me know and I will arrange this for you.  Most of my new clients come to me via recommendations.

Keep up to date

What Clients Say

"It is strange how something so simple can have a profound effect...I have looked through my wardrobe and it feels like it doesn't fit with who I am now. Your help has made a lasting difference to how I see myself. You may not notice any great change re my clothes but the image I have in my head is so different and I can go from there!"

"A friend recommend I get Lisa involved with my business. I was unsure what direction to go in and what I needed to focus on.  In our first meeting Lisa had established want I wanted to achieve and we had laid out a clear plan on how that was going to happen.   She kept me on track and got me to address things I kept putting off.  Within months I started to see growth in my business and had a much clearer message to communicate to my customers.  I have now made coaching part of my yearly business plan and have regular session with Lisa to make sure the business and I are heading in the right direction"

"I have just thrown out half my wardrobe.  I realised that I was hanging onto my clothes because I was waiting to go back to the size I was,  or more importantly back to the 'old me', I have realised I'm here to stay and love the way I see myself now."
