“I like to replace things that are not working so well for me.
What would you replace if you could?”

About Me

I was born in Dublin and moved to London when I was nine.  Here has been home ever since.  I’ve always been what my grandparents called a ‘grafter’.  I had my first ‘job’ on a fruit and veg stall in Whitecross Market, London when I was 10 and my own flower stall when I was 12.  It is those early years of experiencing the thrill of selling to people that has given me a passion for business.    This has stayed with me and nothing gives me greater pleasure than working in a business setting.

In 2006 I heard a guy called Phil Collins (not the one form Genesis) deliver a talk on vision.  He made a reference to life coaching, how he had trained as one and how he was using it in all aspects of his life.  This ignited something in me, within a few months I had started my coach training and have coached ever since.

I absolutely love what I do, working with people and helping them achieve significant transformation in their lives is so rewarding.  Knowing that my time with clients has moved them from where they are to where they want to be keeps me smiling.

I am married and have two children, we are keen on water sports and spend much of our time near water.  Water skiing and kite surfing are two of my favourites.  I enjoy learning, I’m a bit of a training course addict.  I also love to socialise with friends and family over some good food and wine.

I am privileged to have worked with many men, women and children.  As we know, no two people are the same and that’s the most exciting bit of what I do.

Perhaps we might meet one day, do get in touch and we can make that happen.

"I had a great day today and have spent the evening going through my clothes, they just don't fit with me and how I see myself now. Very profound. Thank you"

"I have just thrown out half my wardrobe.  I realised that I was hanging onto my clothes because I was waiting to go back to the size I was,  or more importantly back to the 'old me', I have realised I'm here to stay and love the way I see myself now."
