Asking the right questions can make all the difference.  It does for my clients.

How often would we meet up?

How often we meet would depend on the time you need between sessions.  If we have set specific goals you may need a certain amount of time to complete them.  Some clients like to agree on the next time to meet in each session, others like a set time every two or four weeks.  It is completely up to you – you set the pace.

Where would we meet?

We will meet at a convenient place for you.  That may be my office or a place closer to where you live or work.  Lets decide that when we talk.

Is the consultation really free?

Yes, it is a very important part of the process.  You need to have your questions answered and decide if I am the coach for you.

When do I pay my fees?

Fees are payable before our session or in cash on the day.

Could I speak to a client of yours before booking my coaching sessions?

Yes, my clients are always very keen to speak to prospective clients and answer their questions.  Let me know and I will arrange this for you.  Most of my new clients come to me via recommendations.

What Clients Say

"I went to see Lisa when I was in the process of being made redundant. I had lost confidence in myself and was struggling to take the necessary action to make some long overdue changes in my career.  I went through the 10 week Power Change Experience with Lisa.  Throughout the 10 weeks, Lisa was supportive, encouraging and helped me put into perspective some difficult things that had happened in my past which gave me the confidence to move forward. I am so glad I saw Lisa when I did and would not hesitate to recommend her as a she is a great coach."

"I wanted to write and thank you, the changes I am experiencing after our first session are amazing.  I now feel much stronger and secure on the inside.  Knowing what I and others are worth has changed my outlook.  I'm enjoying life more and am looking forward to our next time together."

"I have just thrown out half my wardrobe.  I realised that I was hanging onto my clothes because I was waiting to go back to the size I was,  or more importantly back to the 'old me', I have realised I'm here to stay and love the way I see myself now."
